Caraway Essential Oil

Suggested Uses

• For healthy digestion, take some amount of Caraway Essential Oil and gently massage it onto the stomach.
• Diffuse this oil in a diffuser to enjoy its aromatic and unique scent.
• Add Caraway Essential Oil to coconut or sweet almond oil and massage onto tension areas or sore muscles to ease muscular discomfort and relax muscles.
• Use it in skincare products like serums, lotions, creams etc.
• It can be used in cooking, baking or making homemade spice blends, pickles and liqueurs.

Direction for use

• Add a few drops of Caraway oil to a diffuser or inhale straight from the bottle.
• For topical use, massage the diluted Caraway oil tenderly onto the skin.

Please don't use it while breastfeeding or pregnant. Use carefully, avoid with the pets, elderly, children and babies and must dilute well. Always perform a patch test before using it.
